Position Objectives:
- Will be responsible for efficient and effective implementation of various programs and activities Including OD, Y&V, DM, Health, Livelihood, PMER and branch development activities.
- Take lead role in planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of the day-to-day activities of the project and ensure maximum efforts for effective and efficient program delivery at field level.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities
|
- Carry out the assessment, design and implementation of program activities
- Implementation of various programs and activities including DM, Y&V, Health & WASH, PGI PMER and branch development activities
- Assess regularly the progress of the community-based activities
- Produce assessment reports according to developed formats
- Implement and monitor the results of the field activities
- Relation/negotiation with the community for the activities and ensure community participation
- Supervise activities of the community members/organizations
- Ensure the follow-up and proper use of materials and tools used in the field
- Manage and facilitate the supply of materials to field in collaboration with logistic department (NHQ/PHQ)
- Collect information and prepare reports on the progress of field activities
- Report immediately any delay, problem or other relevant information to the Supervisor/DPO
- Communicate with other sectors to homogenize methodology and conditions of intervention

Education
|
- Graduation in Social Science/ Management or in any relevant field from HEC recognized Institute / University.
|
|
Experience
|
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in implementation of Community based programmes related to resilience with string grip of community mobilization. Working experience with the RCRC movement will be an asset
|
|
Skills/Knowledge
|
- Excellent skills in mobilization
- Fluency in spoken and written English, Urdu and Pashto
- Work towards the achievement of PRCS Vision and long-term objectives
- Good command on Microsoft Office (word, excel & power point) Travelling
